These termes and conditions apply to GEEP Ecosys Inc.
All sales are FOB* our warehouses or retail stores.
Warranty
- Product is warranted for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Hardware warranty only. Not responsible for software or data loss.
- Warranty excludes consumable items such as toner, inks and batteries.
RMA
- Submit your RMA Request to rma@geepecosys.com.
- All returns must be sent prepaid and reference RMA number. Items sent in collect will be refused.
- GEEP Ecosys Inc. will repair, replace or refund at it’s discretion.
- Items under warranty are sent back freight prepaid.
