A database is maintained with all your equipment information from make, model and serial number to processor, hard drive and memory size. This information provides the basis for our many reports which are available to our clients via a secure web portal.
Our experienced technicians can audit, test, upgrade, flash the BIOS, repair and refurbish all equipment for redeployment, lease return or sale. As the client, you may choose one or all of these services to fit your needs.
Interested in donating your computers to your favorite charity? We will take great care in wiping all confidential information from your hard drives, install your operating system, prepare and transport the systems to the chosen charity group.
Our unique/creative donation program enables our customers to donate to charities based on the charities' needs, not on the limited product being removed from customer sites. Customer's product is processed following established guidelines and credits are provided for equipment of value. The customer in turn takes those credits and converts them into Donation Certificates for specified $ values and issues them to the charities. Using the Donation Certificates, charities purchase whatever product best suits their needs from our remarketing pool of equipment. A win-win scenario - customer is better able to meet the charities' needs - charity is able to select their equipment AND get a 30-day warranty on the product.
